Job summary

Audible, a global leader in audio storytelling, is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech, Creator Products to lead creator-facing initiatives including ACX. You will own roadmaps, drive KPI-driven momentum, and work with engineers, UX, and insights teams to deliver impactful products for authors, publishers, and narrators.

This role requires data-driven leadership, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to steer initiatives through ambiguity while delivering customer-centric

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Experience maintaining a product roadmap and leading software delivery
Experience with agile, lean product management on high-velocity teams

Responsibilities

Advocate for creators and customer experience
Communicate and write functional requirements with stakeholders
Use lean development tools to drive strategic decisions
Develop and own a product roadmap with a KPI focus
Frame discussions with business and technical stakeholders for opportunities and investments
Balance big ideas with incremental impact to enhance the customer experience
Manage dependencies and unblock teams for discovery and delivery
Proactively communicate product metrics and insights to show impact
Support long-term strategy and roadmap for Creator Products
Identify new creator product opportunities across creation, growth, and monetization
Monitor industry trends to ensure high value for creators' evolving needs
