Job summary

Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based access control and video surveillance, seeks a Director of Product Management to own a portfolio of mission-critical products powering our AI video surveillance platform.

You will build and lead a high-performing product team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide, and collaborate with executive leadership to define the future of safety and security systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience building SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
• Experience owning platform-level products serving global enterprise customers.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Technical fluency with a bias for great UX.
• Experience in video surveillance, security, or real-time video processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and long-term strategy across a major business line or platform.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers; foster ownership, clarity, and high standards.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing innovation, speed, and scale while maximizing impact.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to deliver beloved customer experiences.
• Use customer empathy and data to identify growth opportunities and shape product direction.
• Present product strategy and performance to executives and board stakeholders.
• Drive a rigorous culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
