Indeed is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Matching to lead the intelligence and delivery engine behind our matching system. You will guide a ~30-person product team across a 350-person ecosystem in the US, Canada, Japan, and India, moving from keyword search to AI-native retrieval and ranking with high volume and reliability.

Formación

• 17+ years of related experience; or 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience.
• Deep experience with search, retrieval, and ranking systems at large scale, including embedding-based and multi‑vector retrieval, learning to rank, and LLM‑based relevance.
• Experience running a large machine learning or data platform as a product for internal or external customers, with APIs, documentation, service levels, and reliability targets.
• Experience managing and developing Product Management teams and senior product leaders through coaching and mentorship.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating customer‑facing digital products and platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and aligning execution to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving environments using data, experimentation, and product judgment to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Establish and monitor product and operational metrics to measure impact, guide decisions, and improve execution.
• Influence organizational priorities, investment decisions, and execution plans across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Balance long‑term strategic investments with rapid delivery to support evolving customer and business needs.
