Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Director of Product to own the internal platform for prioritizing and routing work across teams. You will work with data and analytics to vet sources, design data models, and ship end-to-end solutions that drive value in value-based care.

This hands-on role demands collaboration with engineering, clinical, and market teams to deliver impact. In this role you will define what to build, socialize prototypes early, and guide adoption while managing change across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management across software and data analytics.
• Experience building internally developed software with release processes.
• Healthcare data and value-based care experience preferred.
• Hands-on with modern data tools and AI features in products.
• Strong communication and leadership across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prioritization and actions for VBCOS platform.
• Define data model, objects, relationships, and data requirements.
• Vet source systems with analytics to determine readiness.
• Prototype and socialize early, iterate before engineering builds.
• Collaborate with engineering and data through delivery and post-launch.
• Coordinate across risk, quality, clinical, growth, and ops.
• Translate ops problems into product requirements and simple language.
• Own feedback loop and adapt logic over time.
• Decide AI inclusion and guardrails within workflow.
• Drive adoption with market and clinical teams and training.
• Provide executive risk assessments and recommendations.
