Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Director of Product to own our internal platform for prioritizing and routing work across teams. The role combines hands-on product leadership with data-driven decision making, leveraging AI to optimize value-based care workflows.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management across software and data products, and experience with Medicare Advantage, modern data stacks, and prototyping tools. This is a fast-moving startup environment with real impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management across software and data/analytics products.
• Experience building and maintaining internally developed software, including release processes and tech debt tradeoffs.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care workflows is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a modern data stack and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prioritization and action logic for the internal platform.
• Define the data model and relationships behind the tool.
• Collaborate with data/analytics to vet source systems and data quality.
• Build clickable prototypes and iterate with market teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering/data teams through delivery, testing, and post-launch.
• Coordinate across risk adjustment, quality, clinical, growth, and market ops to align priorities.
