We are currently seeking a Director of Product,that will assist the Head of Product in translating domestic and global business priorities into operational tactics to achieve financial and strategic goals. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to define our product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies that drive business growth while delivering exceptional customer value.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
  • Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives and track their performance
  • Communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives to prioritize features and improvements
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to inform product decisions
  • Champion a customer-centric product development process
  • Work with Head of Product to create and maintain a company culture that promotes innovation and challenges the status quo.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully launching SaaS products and achieving business outcomes
  • Experience building and managing high-performing product teams
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree is a plus
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in cardiology products or with similar products
  • Background in UX/UI design or software development
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with pricing strategy and go-to-market planning

SALARY RANGE
$166,000- $218,000 depending on experience and education
