Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a preconstruction or estimating team.
• Proven success managing projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction team to ensure accuracy and collaboration.
• Oversee all phases of preconstruction including estimating and design development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and optimize costs.
