Niche SSP - No.1 for Estimating Talent is seeking an executive Preconstruction leader to shape and lead the Charlotte operation and influence strategic growth across the Carolinas and the United States. You will build and mentor a high-performing Preconstruction team, drive major pursuits from early engagement through GMP, and cultivate relationships with owners, architects and trade partners.

Job description

An exceptional opportunity to lead and shape Preconstruction in Charlotte and across the US for one of the most established and respected general contractors in the U.S.

We’re looking for a senior Preconstruction leader who can build teams, win major work and influence strategy across the Carolinas, and Nationally.

My client is a top 10 ENR General Contractor with revenue of $7 Billion Anually.
