Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of IT and business experience leading large cross-functional teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term engineering strategy and technical roadmap for POS ecosystem.
• Drive modernization initiatives across POS apps, commerce services, and supporting retail systems.
• Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, cloud-enabled solutions for thousands of stores and millions of interactions.
• Mentor and lead distributed engineering teams to build high-performing engineering culture.
