Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QA practices, automation, CI/CD, and testing tools.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple engineering teams in design, development, and enhancement of systems software.
• Oversees requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and solution planning.
• Sets technical direction for major software initiatives and standards.
• Ensures disciplined engineering across the full software lifecycle.
• Partners with product, infrastructure, and business groups to translate needs into plans.
• Identifies and resolves technical risks, performance issues, and dependencies.
• Coaches engineering managers and supports technical talent growth.
• Manages team resources, delivery planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Promotes continuous improvement through tooling and modern engineering practices.
