Code & Theory seeks a Director of Implementation to own how The Machine lands inside client and agency ecosystems in the United States. You will lead deployment, integrations, and adoption, turning a powerful platform into real-world systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise software or platforms.
• Ability to architect deployments and troubleshoot complex integrations.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation across client environments from scoping to adoption.
• Lead a team of implementation engineers and solution architects.
• Translate customer requirements into deployment plans and surface gaps to roadmap.
• Design integrations with customer tools like Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, dashboards.
• Drive post-go-live adoption with enablement and instrumentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, account, and customer stakeholders to keep delivery cohesive.
