Job summary

Triangle Springs seeks a capable leader to direct a key clinical department, overseeing goals, staffing, and budgets to ensure safe patient care and quality outcomes.

You will steer operations, manage resources, and promote continuous professional growth, while upholding compliance with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education

Responsibilities

  • Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management.
  • Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
  • Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
  • Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
  • Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
