Job summary

OLIX is seeking a Director of Planning & Purchasing to lead demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics for next-generation AI computing solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, and Finance to establish scalable planning processes, optimize ERP execution, and drive end-to-end supply chain excellence while balancing customer commitments and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership in Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain in electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience implementing end-to-end ERP/MRP planning solutions from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand, supply, and production plans aligned with customer demand and schedules.
• Lead purchasing to ensure timely material availability while balancing cost and inventory.
• Partner with Global Supply Management and contract manufacturers to meet delivery commitments.
• Establish scalable planning processes, ERP workflows, and planning parameters.
• Develop inventory and logistics strategies to balance on-time delivery and costs.
