Job summary

OLIX is seeking a Director of Planning & Purchasing to lead demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics for next-generation AI solutions. You will own end-to-end planning, align schedules with production, and partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to enable successful product launches and scalable operations.

You will build scalable planning processes, optimize ERP execution, and drive cross-functional excellence across the supply chain while balancing

Qualifications

12+ years of leadership experience in Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within electronics or advanced manufacturing.
At least 5 years of leading teams.
Subject matter expertise in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, ERP/MRP, and S&OP.

Responsibilities

Deliver demand and supply plans aligned with demand, materials, and manufacturing schedules for launches and high-volume manufacturing.
Lead purchasing to ensure material availability while balancing cost, inventory, and supplier performance.
Coordinate with Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and contract manufacturers to execute plans and meet delivery commitments.
Establish scalable planning processes, ERP workflows, and planning parameters to improve visibility and execution.
Develop inventory and logistics strategies to ensure on-time delivery with optimal inventory and transportation costs.
