Job summary

National Staffing Solutions seeks a Director of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Hope, AR to lead the therapy department, oversee PT and PTA staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

This full-time role features a day schedule, guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, with a compensation range of $115k to $135k based on experience, plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist License and current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 2–5 years management experience in a therapy setting.
• Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings.
• CAH experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Therapy program including providing evaluations for Physical Therapist.
• This role will include a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services.
• The Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services within the facility.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with leadership experience to oversee and support Physical Therapist and PTA’s. You will be managing the therapy program while ensuring high-quality patient care. This permanent opportunity is in Hope, AR.
