Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in fundraising and external affairs.
• Experience in multi-cultural healthcare organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for all philanthropic efforts, including major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, and annual giving programs.
• Build a roadmap for sustainable revenue generation through diverse funding streams and partnerships.
• Design and oversee capital campaigns from feasibility studies to execution and completion.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Provide training and guidance to Executive Leadership and Philanthropy Council members.
• Monitor fundraising performance and report results to the COO and leadership.
