Job summary

Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a strategic Director of Institutional Advancement to lead its philanthropic program and a multi-phase capital campaign shaping the campus and financial foundation ahead of its fourth century. Reporting to the Head of School, you will lead a five-person team and cultivate leadership gifts with trustees and volunteers.

You will also strengthen annual giving, deepen alumni and parent engagement across three campuses, and lay the groundwork for endowment

• Experience leading capital campaigns and major gifts programs.
