Job summary

Banner Health's Ogallala Community Hospital in Nebraska is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmaceutical packaging, distribution, non-sterile compounding, and record-keeping. You will liaise between customers and pharmacists, help prepare compounded IV medications, and respond to medication requests.

The role requires licensure or intern status, strong math, and excellent customer service skills. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform moderate to difficult mathematical calculations.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify medications and items for reorder to maintain inventory.
• Manage users within automated dispensing technology database and troubleshoot issues.
