Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead our closed-door long-term care pharmacy serving skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will formulate policies, analyze operations, and direct the Pharmacy's overall strategy to meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes growth, leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care within a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the appropriate state.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care pharmacy preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience in LTC or pharmacy-related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Analyze activities and operations to determine department progress.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Pharmacy.
