• Experience designing and leading complex operating models across multiple functions and partners.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Track record in governance, performance metrics, and end-to-end process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational ecosystem for individualized therapy from order through treatment.
• Define governance framework for launch readiness, scale, and growth.
• Lead orchestration across workflows, logistics, manufacturing demand planning, and customer support.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, IT, market access, and treatment sites for reliable delivery.
• Oversee treatment-site operations capability and centralized coordination model.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and capacity planning to drive decisions and improvements.
• Drive governance and control tower activities to remove barriers and optimize efficiency.
• Build future-state capabilities including analytics, orchestration tech, and operational readiness.
