Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree & Certificate in Perfusion Technology or BS in Perfusion Technology required.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion required.
• Five (5) years progressively responsible professional experience as a Perfusionist required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of perfusion, ECMO, anesthesia, and surgical support services.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of perfusionists.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
