As a superior communicator and agile leader, you ensure our people strategy adapts rapidly to changing business needs while executing flawlessly from our Downtown shared services teams to the shop floor.

  • Downtown Shared Services Management: Oversee Downtown services, including Field Solutions, IT, Finance, Sales Leaders, Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Business Acumen & Strategic Partnering: Partner directly with the VP of People & Talent on organizational design, team coaching, and talent strategy, translating P&L goals into HR action plans.
  • Data Analytics & Metrics-Based Execution: Utilize HR metrics, retention data, and performance analytics to guide decision-making and measure the ROI of People & Talent programs.
  • Agile Operations & Superior Communication: Pivot quickly in response to operational shifts while maintaining clear, transparent, and inspiring communication across all company tiers.
  • Connector of Happiness: Direct and support our Connector of Happiness and administrative team, fostering a warm, high-energy Downtown environment.
The Essentials:
  • Business Acumen & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated experience using HR metrics and financial intelligence to drive workforce decisions and organizational strategy.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate vision, deliver constructive feedback, and communicate persuasively with executives, field teams, and frontline crew members.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Proven capacity to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, evolving business environment without sacrificing quality or team alignment.
  • HR Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading People & Talent teams managing central People & Talent shared services in a multi-site environment.
What Success Looks Like:

Performance is measured by your direct impact on team member engagement, operational efficiency, and talent strategy execution:

  • Data-Driven ROI: Measurable improvement in retention, turnover costs, and operational productivity tied to P&T strategy.
  • Agile Execution: Smooth, swift adaptation to shifting organizational priorities supported by clear communication.
