Drexel Building Supply, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Field Scheduler to serve as the logistical nerve center for our flooring operations.

You will process tickets, schedule installations, coordinate material deliveries, and manage communication among builders, homeowners, project managers, and install crews. Operating from our Campbellsport office, you ensure the right materials and crews arrive on-site at the exact right time.

The Mission:

As the Field Scheduler, your primary objective is to serve as the logistical nerve center for our flooring operations. You are responsible for processing tickets, scheduling installations, coordinating material deliveries, and managing communication between builders, homeowners, project managers, and install crews. Operating from our Campbellsport office, you ensure that our commitment to the builder is executed flawlessly by making sure the right materials and the right crews arrive on-site at the exact right time.

Defining the Role:

• Schedule Management: Manage daily calendars for two in-house installation crews and assign jobs to subcontractor partners.
• Delivery Coordination: Set up material deliveries and verify that all necessary products are on-site prior to the scheduled installation date.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the central hub, communicating constantly via phone and email with flooring quarterbacks, builders, homeowners, and crews.
• Systems Administration: Process tickets, create labor purchase orders (POs) to pay subcontractors, and add/modify services in our software platforms (Fieldpoint and Spruce & Bisrack).
• Agile Problem Solving: Pivot quickly to adjust schedules and resolve logistical conflicts when jobsite conditions or timelines change.
