Job summary

You will own the full People stack—from compensation benchmarking and benefits administration to HRIS/PEO management, compliance across states, onboarding, L&D, performance, engagement, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with leadership and generalist expertise.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance.
• Deep experience with HRIS/PEO platforms, benefits administration, onboarding, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking, and salary structure administration.
• Manage HRIS/PEO platform; ensure data integrity and payroll liaison.
• Administer total rewards programs including benefits, retirement plans, and equity/stock options.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the organization.
• Provide guidance on complex HR matters including leaves, investigations, and terminations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training on HR practices.
