Collaborative Strategies, Inc. is partnering with Grey Eagle Distributors for a Director of Human Resources in Missouri. The role leads the HR function, oversees talent strategies, and develops programs that align with business goals.

You will guide managers on policy, performance, and employee relations while balancing workforce needs with company objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience in industrial or frontline environments, strong knowledge of

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in recruiting, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Experience in an industrial, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, or frontline environment preferred.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a hands-on environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR function, establish priorities, and ensure HR processes, systems, records, and services are effective, accurate, and responsive.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, training, and leadership development; coach managers on recruiting, interviewing, performance, and employee relations.
• Provide guidance on employee concerns, investigations, performance issues, discipline, promotions, and terminations with consistent handling.
• Oversee benefits for union and salaried employees, open enrollment, vendor relationships, and administration; support merit reviews and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance, employment documentation, pre-employment processes, and the Employee Handbook; partner with Safety on workers' compensation and return-to-work.
