This is a unique leadership opportunity to serve as a thought partner and trusted senior advisor across the business. We’re seeking a subject matter expert who will employ evidence-based best practices and research to drive results in a dynamic and evolving landscape. This is a pivotal position at Lyft, leading the strategic approach, design and deployment of an organization-wide Talent Management processes; this is a hands-on position which blends implementation of strategy with delivery and operational excellence.
The ideal leader has experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to create and execute L+D strategies from early talent to Director and above levels. This necessitates a high degree of communication capacity, strong facilitation skills and ability to design and put in place collaborative processes with multiple stakeholders to bring about change. Reporting into the Senior Director, Team Member Experience, you will manage a talented, high performing team of L+D professionals.

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $192K - $240K. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for competitive equity awards, bonuses, and benefits. You can read more about Lyft’s employee benefits here.
