A Day in the Life
Every day in this role is different—andthat’sexactly how you like it. You start yourmorningreviewing insights from our recent engagement survey, drafting recommendations for executive review. Mid-morning,you’releading a strategy session with the CARE Team, reimagining how recognition and employee well-being are experienced across Sigma. Later, you join a Director Advisory Council meeting toalign ontalent development priorities, then shift gears to review compliance updates for our multi-state operations (IN, KY, CO, NC, and beyond). Whether leading a performance management overhaul, launching an RFP for an innovative EAP offering, or supporting a colleague through an ADA accommodation, you lead with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight.You’renot just buildingpolicies—you’reshaping a culture of ownership, equity, and growth.
