Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN, RRT, or Paramedic licensure in good standing; state licensure as required by base assignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, EMS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in neonatal/pediatric transport or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for neonatal/pediatric and specialty transport teams (ground and air).
• Champion safety culture, standardize protocols, and validate competency across sites.
• Collaborate with EMS and hospital leadership to optimize staffing and response times.
• Align clinical protocols with medical directors and hospital service lines.
• Lead and standardize performance expectations for managers, supervisors, and staff.
