Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an enterprise leader to oversee neonatal/pediatric and specialty transport programs across ground and air. You will ensure regulatory compliance, standardize protocols, and drive staffing, budgeting, and performance across multiple sites.

You will partner with medical directors and hospital leadership, align clinical practices, and serve as a liaison to enterprise leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in neonatal/pediatric transport or critical care transport.
• Experience managing multi-site transport programs across ground and air modes.
• Current RN, RRT, or Paramedic licensure with state eligibility for NC/IL/GA per base assignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, EMS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides unified enterprise leadership for all neonatal/pediatric and specialty transport teams, both ground and air while ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness.
• Champions safety culture and clinical quality across all children's transport teams, standardizing protocols, competency validation, and safety event review.
• Partners with area EMS and hospital joint-leadership teams to formalize and improve transport staffing, response times, and consistency of patient care.
• Partnering with pediatric/neonatal Medical Directors and physician leadership to align clinical protocols, documentation practices, quality metrics, and education standards.
