LHH has been invited to assist in the search for a Director of Payroll to join the prestigious team of a global professional services organization located in Metro Atlanta! Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) is REQUIRED
• 5-7 years of recent experience in a senior payroll leadership position - managing up to 17 direct reports including supervisors, managers, etc
• Global management experience is also preferred
• Strong technical skills will include advanced Excel proficiency and ADP (WFN) is preferred
• Understanding of state, federal, local tax regulations
• Process improvement
• Resolution of escalated payroll concerns
• Effective written and verbal communication
