Metropolis seeks a Director of Product, Payments to own how we process, record, and report payments. You’ll lead strategy for payment processing, enterprise billing, client reporting, and revenue automation, with an opportunity to grow a PM team.

You will partner with Engineering and Finance to drive scalable, accurate revenue workflows, and you’ll own cross-functional metrics and stakeholder communications. Base salary ranges from $220,000 to $245,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management experience owning payments, billing, or financial-systems products.
• Deep understanding of payment processing, routing, reconciliation, and enterprise/subscription billing.
• Strong technical and data literacy, including comfort with financial data models, SQL, and ledger systems.
• Comfort engaging with Engineering on system architecture and integration tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients and executive leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment processing, subscription billing, and revenue automation/reconciliation.
• Own Metropolis’ payment processing relationships and strategy with processors and routing.
• Own client reporting strategy with Real Estate Partners to meet reporting needs and innovate data access.
• Partner with Engineering to set priorities and co-create platform solutions.
• Define and track metrics like reconciliation accuracy, billing cycle time, and revenue leakage.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and risk to stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
