You will set goals, supervise staff, analyze trends, manage grant communications, and ensure timely reports while partnering with Compliance and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations or patient assistance, with 3+ years leading staff.
• Experience in program administration, data analysis, and cross-functional work.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Set department goals, service standards and KPIs.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate the Patient Services Manager and staff.
• Analyze enrollment, utilization, funding, and service trends for planning.
• Oversee grantor communications with Development and Compliance.
• Validate and deliver donor, contractual and program reports on time.
• Maintain data accuracy and internal controls; partner with Compliance on audits.
• Provide monthly program status updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and workforce planning.
• Set patient education priorities with Marketing and leadership.
