Ladders is seeking a Director of Patient Navigation to guide oncology navigation strategy and establish standards for care coordination across the organization. The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to improve access to resources and enhance communication for high-quality navigation services.

The position emphasizes performance oversight, educational programming, and ongoing development of navigation practices across the healthcare system. Remote US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology experience.
• OCN credentialing preferred.
• Experience as an oncology nurse navigator preferred.
• Director-level oncology nurse navigation experience preferred.
• Strong enterprise or regional leadership experience in a large health care organization considered.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Patient Navigation to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will guide oncology patient navigation strategy and help establish consistent standards for care coordination across the organization. The director will partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve patient access to resources, strengthen communication, and support high-quality navigation services. This position also has responsibility for performance oversight, educational programming, and the ongoing development of navigation practices across the healthcare system.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,016 – $198,656 annually

Responsibilities
