Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing and sales, preferably in Home-based care operations.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging CRM systems and other digital platforms to enhance documentation accuracy, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans for Goodwin Living
• Directs and participates in all daily marketing operations including oversight of the establishment, implementation and success of marketing/sales initiatives.
• Expands the profile and reach of the Goodwin Living Health brand.
• Ensures sales and marketing teams are implementing systems and processes designed to measure performance and growth and meet established goals.
• Identifies sponsorship opportunities and assists with coordination of these events
• Conducts webinars, presentations and hosts events to raise brand awareness or product profile.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential
• Recruits, selects, orients, and directly manages members of the Goodwin Living Health marketing/sales team.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of Goodwin Living Health as a high-quality provider of home and community-based services.
• Provides leadership in strategic planning to identify and develop opportunities for new or enhanced services that effectively address customer needs.

Salary: 85k-95k and up to $25k bonus

About the Position

Responsible for directing all aspects of organizational marketing relationships including managing the members of the marketing/sales team, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and brokering service contracts with facility partners.

• Home Care, Goodwin Living at Home, Brain Health, and any additional opportunities
• and services built into Goodwin Living Health.
