• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.

• At least 7 years designing, configuring, optimizing Salesforce environments.
• At least 4 years integrating third-party tools into Salesforce.
• At least 5 years building dashboards and KPI frameworks with data governance.

Responsibilities

• CRM and Technology Ecosystem Ownership with Salesforce strategy.
• Define and execute Salesforce roadmap and metrics platform.
• Oversee tool integration and governance of marketing/enablement tech.
• Lead Merchant Referral Program management and RMS RAM tools in Salesforce.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track program health and referrals.
