You will oversee adoption and governance of marketing tech within the Salesforce environment, drive automation to reduce admin friction while preserving data accuracy, and manage merchant referral programs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 8+ years in enablement operations or CRM technology management.
• 7+ years designing and architecting Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Experience Cloud).
• 4+ years integrating third-party tools into Salesforce (including RAM/RMS).
• 5+ years building dashboards and KPI frameworks with data governance.

Responsabilités

• Own CRM and technology ecosystem strategy and governance.
• Define Salesforce roadmap and enablement platforms with metrics, referrals, and analytics.
• Oversee adoption, integration, and governance of marketing and enablement tech in Salesforce.
• Prioritize automation opportunities to reduce admin friction while maintaining data accuracy.
• Lead merchant referral program management and referral tools within Salesforce (RAM & RMS).
• Design workflows for seamless referral experiences and automated dashboards.
• Develop advanced CRM dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor programs and enablement.
• Translate data into actionable insights to optimize engagement and drive conversions.
