Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and video.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports and agency relationships.
• Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $1M monthly.
• Advanced analytics, CRM expertise, and platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search, display, video, and social networks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists and external agencies.
• Oversee campaign optimization to maximize ROAS and drive performance.
• Manage monthly multi-channel forecasting, budgeting, pacing, and bidding strategies.
• Design testing roadmaps and conduct A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and Web teams for landing-page alignment.
• Stay compliant with industry trends and platform updates.
