West Oaks Hospital has provided psychiatric care to the Houston area and surrounding communities for over three decades. Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage. West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Outpatient Services to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Director of Outpatient Services will oversee Hornwood and Katy Outpatient Clinics and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating quality of care for patients in an outpatient setting. Also responsible for day-to-day operations, management and development of Outpatient programming, including both Psych and substance abuse at both locations. Offers direct supervision to several employees including, but not limited to Therapists, RN's, Drivers/mental health techs and Clerical staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and operations of all facets of the Outpatient Programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop outpatient programs with evidence based milieu guidelines and new programs to meet market demands.
• Manages Managers, Outpatient Clinics ensuring all conform to WOH standards.
• Coordinates billing, census, and treatment.
• Assist with marketing services.
• Responsible for inpatient and outpatient performance improvement and meeting all performance indicator benchmarks.
• Other duties as assigned.
