By partnering with districts and health plans across the country, Hazel transforms schools into the most accessible front door to physical and mental healthcare. As the Director of Clinical Operations Transformation, you will drive value for our clinical business by owning the end-to-end design and execution of large scale strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and outcomes. This role is part of our Clinical Operations department, a dynamic and fast paced team responsible for strategizing and executing operational projects to support Hazel’s mental health service line. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior clinical leaders to prioritize, scope, and drive Hazel’s top priority clinical initiatives. This work includes owning major transformation initiatives, including developing innovative strategies to improve clinical operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment on scope and priorities, creating robust project plans, launching key initiatives (incl. pilots and scaled roll outs), and measuring results. This role is perfect for someone who is able to marry high level strategy with on the ground operations that deliver results.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
