Job summary

YouVersion is seeking a Director of Organization Giving to lead the strategy for cultivating and growing partnerships with private, corporate, and faith-based foundations, churches and other donors. You will collaborate with Development leadership to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and communicate impact to partners.

In this role you will manage the full grant lifecycle, track KPIs in the CRM, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that advance YouVersion's mission and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, philanthropy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of foundation relations, grant writing, or major gifts fundraising in faith-based nonprofit environments.
• Experience with nonprofit financial structures, including program budgeting and restricted/unrestricted funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy to grow a portfolio of 20–40 foundations and develop tailored engagement plans.
• Develop partnerships with foundation officers and stakeholders, communicating impact and opportunities.
• Oversee grant lifecycle, reporting, budgeting, and CRM tracking for organizational donors.
