Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, philanthropy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of foundation relations, grant writing, or major gifts fundraising in faith‑based nonprofit environments.
• Experience with nonprofit financial structures, including program budgeting, restricted and unrestricted funding, and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management and growth of approximately 20–40 foundations, developing individualized engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships and expand giving opportunities.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based partnerships with foundation officers, trustees, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the full grant lifecycle for organizational partners, including identification, cultivation, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewal.
• Oversee the tracking and evaluation of foundation giving activity within the CRM to ensure accountability and measurable growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and develop strategic giving opportunities that attract new foundation partners.
