Position Overview:

As a Director of Operations Transformation, you will oversee strategic planning, development, and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across Operations. You will align efforts with strategic objectives, lead multiple project teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and manage team performance and development.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Develop transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Deliver high-impact, cross-functional transformation programs meeting KPIs.
3. Apply change management strategies for sustainable change.
4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Manage stakeholder relationships for support and buy-in.
6. Establish governance frameworks for initiatives.
7. Partner with analytics teams to develop and track KPIs and ROI.
8. Lead and develop a high-performing team.
9. Innovate with new ideas to build a strong transformation pipeline.

Pay range: $132,000 - $165,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

Location: Remote - US or Canada.
