Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area, OR 7 years’ experience total.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of large-scale projects by managing plans, timelines, and communications to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and improve processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor financial performance to support business goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to sustain a skilled workforce.
• Promote adherence to company standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance across teams.
