Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, restoration, construction, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a similar operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Restoration industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including production, procurement, and planning.
• Ensure compliant work orders, data, and licensing management.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with sales to fulfill commitments; assist in select sales efforts.
• Provide operational support to office staff, technicians, and sales.
• Monitor KPIs and production quality; track and resolve issues.
• Influence vendor selection; manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Approve expenses and purchases for direct reports.
• Communicate updates and process changes across the organization.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Review financial data; manage budgets, forecasts, and adjustments.
• Improve systems; lead training for new initiatives and tech.
• Plan and schedule workload and manpower for cost targets.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff.
• Lead and mentor team members for growth and performance.
