Project Renewal Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the operations of Bedford Green House, a supportive housing complex in the Bronx. The Senior Director will guide staff in providing care and services to tenants, oversee building management, and ensure compliance with funding regulations.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges.

Formación

• 4 years of experience with substance use and mental health issues.
• 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work well in a highly pressured environment.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and direct staff for tenant support in the residences.
• Oversee operations of Phase I and Phase II buildings.
• Ensure compliance with funding sources.
