Job summary

Revolution Technologies in the United States seeks a Director to lead Training, New Hire Onboarding, Call Quality & Analytics, Processing Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Team Leads. The role is hybrid with in-office days 3 per week at St. Petersburg, FL or Southfield, MI.

This leader will oversee teams supporting advisors and internal partners, drive onboarding improvements, and ensure accurate, timely service quality. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee training, onboarding, call quality analytics and QA processes.
• Lead documentation standards and cross-functional teams.
• Design scalable programs for associates and advisors with measurable outcomes.
• Must have SIE and Series 99 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall organizational strategy by developing and delivering operational plans and outcomes for a large portion of the business.
• Manage and report on the performance of the function/business area; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take corrective action where necessary to achieve annual objectives.
• Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization\'s mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to the mission, vision, and values and achieve business goals.
• Develop the strategy for a significant area of responsibility; ensure it meets medium-term needs and is implemented successfully.
• Identify capabilities needed to meet current and emerging needs; evaluate gaps and mentor others to develop capabilities.
