This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule: 3 in-office days per week, averaging 12 days per month, in either St. Petersburg, FL or Southfield, MI.

Overview

The Director will oversee multiple teams responsible for training, onboarding, quality assurance, documentation, and internal support. Responsibilities include designing scalable programs, establishing quality standards, and leading operations for account opening, advisor support, and transition processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver operational plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage performance of the function, set objectives, and hold direct reports accountable.
• Communicate strategy and promote the organization’s mission and values.
• Develop strategy for significant areas of responsibility and ensure successful implementation.
• Identify required capabilities, evaluate gaps, and prioritize development activities.

Required Skills

• Review and evaluate recommendations and develop appropriate action plans.
• Adapt thinking to changing circumstances to achieve higher efficiencies.
• Plan and manage small projects within cost, time, and quality parameters.

Licenses/Certifications

• SIE required or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Series 99 required or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Education

High School (HS) required.

Work Experience

More than 15 years of general experience; 10 to 15 years of managerial experience.

Certifications

Series 99 Operations Professional Examination and Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE).

Travel

Less than 25%.
