Rapid Locking System (RLS), part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Director of Operations in Hazelwood, MO. You will direct manufacturing operations across shifts, champion safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to optimize production, implement capital projects, and develop leaders. A strategic, data‑driven, collaborative approach is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of operations management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and automation.
• Proven leadership across multi‑shift environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive oversight of all plant operations across multiple shifts to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership to ensure seamless production execution.
• Lead Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve flow and performance.
• Drive long-term capacity planning, workforce development, and operational strategy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs supporting daily management and strategic improvements.
• Oversee capital investments, budgeting, and cost-reduction initiatives.
