CulinArt Group, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Operations to manage the food service operation, maintain costs and quality standards, and maximize profits. You will lead a team to deliver superior service and ensure accurate reporting for the account.

Ideal candidates have five years of foodservice management experience and familiarity with higher education/board operations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
