Job summary

Culinaire, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered meets the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Chef and management to design menus, overseeing all P&L and budgeting for the account, and rolling out new culinary programs.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates.
